Established in 1993, Salamander is rightly acknowledged as one of the premier cookshops in the South, so Gator Business Sales was very focused to find a buyer for this Wimborne Minster retail “legend”. Salamander was sold to a local couple, keen to build on the business’s quarter century of successful retailing. Negotiations were complex, consisting of the business sale itself, the sizeable stock (SAV) being transferred, and agreement on the new lease as our client also owns the freehold of the business premises.
