We were also somewhat surprised to learn that their previous broker had not been successful in finding a buyer for them.

Whilst a 300 year old thatched roof building was undoubtedly one of the key attractions of the Old Farmhouse, it also understandably necessitated a lengthy due diligence, with particular focus on the dilapidations of the property.
