Project Description

The Salad Centre had been operating from its current location for 29 years and the owners were looking to retire having run the business for all but 4 of those 29 years. The purchaser was a first-time restaurateur who has since rebranded and introduced his own style of cuisine.

At all times you were very professional, business-like, and courteous, with just the right amount of pushiness.  Indeed when the sale looked like stalling, you managed to move it on again.  You also seem to have a sense of humour (which you probably need in your business)!” – Nick Trott, former owner of The Salad Centre.[/tagline_box]
