This was the second time that Gator Business Sales had sold a food service business at this address, having previously worked with the owners of Plane Cuisine back in 2017. Re-branded as The Hollow, and with an emphasis on quality home-cooked food and friendly service, the business went from strength-to-strength. Looking for a career change, and having been impressed by the service she received as a buyer, the owner instructed Gator Business Sales to market and sell The Hollow on her behalf. Attracted by its prime location in the affluent town of Verwood, the business was sold to Aroma Cafés who were keen to add a café in Verwood to their successful food service portfolio.
