After nearly 30 years of trading, the owners of J & J Cleaning Ltd were looking to sell their North London based cleaning agency and retire. “Googling” to find a business broker with lots of experience of selling cleaning companies led J & J’s directors to Gator Business Sales. The combination of such a well established business, aligned to very effective marketing, ensured a particularly speedy sale and purchase process. The marketing went live in late March, an offer was accepted in early May, with the sale and purchase completed in June.
