Electronic Micro Systems (EMS) is a true British manufacturing success story.  Since 1984 the business has designed, built and sold its photo resist spinners and hotplates world-wide, with major universities and research organisations amongst their long-standing clients.  Finding a buyer with the technical and commercial skills of the vendors was the principal challenge, but Gator Business Sales succeeded, and EMS is now looking forward to its next 35 years from a new West Midlands base.  Occasionally Gator Business Sales assists both buyer and seller by producing the Sale & Purchase Agreement, and we were pleased to do so in this instance.
