The truth is that this business is so much more than just the Village Shop!  It is also the Post Office, a tea room and a B&B.  We first worked with the owner back in 2012/13 when we sold the leasehold interest for him.  In 2015 our clients were looking to move from the area and approached us again, this time to sell the freehold.  This we successfully did to a local investor.
